We explore electron-only reconnection and ion heating in 3D hybrid-Vlasov simulations of turbulent plasmas mimicking Earth's magnetosheath. By varying the ion beta and injection scale, we identify the conditions that suppress ion response and lead to an electron-MHD regime. We present spectral signatures consistent with a transition from KAW to inertial kinetic Alfvén and whistler turbulence, and show how this transition governs both the reconnection dynamics and the ion-to-electron heating ratio. These results offer new insight into the multiscale nature of energy dissipation in collisionless space plasmas.
