CmPA 30 - prof. Poedts 60

Leuven, September 6-9, 2022 

This conference commemorates the 30th anniversary of the CmPA (Center for mathematical Plasma-Astrophysics) division and the 60th birthday of its eminent member Prof. Stefaan Poedts.

We aim to present the most important contributions of Prof. Poedts to modern space weather and also address the various topics studied at the CmPA over the years, such as prominences, waves, etc.

We invite in particular former students of the CmPA and collaborators to apply, but the conference is open to everyone. 

We plan to have the meeting fully live, if the virological situation allows.
